Service Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Auto Detail Elite, we aim to provide exceptional detailing services. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your appointment. This Service Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, service modifications, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellation Fees: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost may be applied.

  • No Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

2. Refund Policy

  • Service Delivery: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address any issues or concerns. Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our assessment of the service provided.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a partial service is completed (e.g., if the service is canceled partway through), a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and the materials used.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as custom packages, gift cards, and promotional offers, may not be refundable. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or booking.

3. Service Modifications

  • Requesting Modifications: If you wish to modify your service after booking, we request that you contact us as soon as possible. Modifications can be made based on availability, and additional fees may apply if the scope of the service changes.

  • Price Adjustments: If the modification results in a change in price, the updated price will be communicated to you before the service is carried out.

4. Exclusions

  • Refunds or cancellations may not be applicable in cases where the service is delivered and the customer has already confirmed satisfaction at the time of service completion.

  • Any dissatisfaction that arises from factors outside of Auto Detail Elite’s control (such as external weather conditions or incorrect usage of the vehicle by the customer after service) may not be eligible for a refund.
